We realize this letter is well overdue, but we wanted to share with you an exceptional experience we recently had with one of your real estate professionals, Toni Kisielewski.

In med February, we decided to search for a new home. When calling your office, we were connected to Toni. From the start, she was professional, extremely friendly and eager to help us. Immediately after taking our information, she put together a packet containing homes she felt were most appropriate based on our criteria and delivered them to us that same afternoon. We met with her just a couple of days later to start our search.
Toni was right on the money with the homes she chose for us to look at and that same day we put a contract on the home we wanted to purchase. . . .with a contingency to sell our home by the end of March.

As you know, selling one house and buying another simultaneously can be rather stressful at best. Well, not for us. Toni stepped up and made things happen. She came over every evening to guide us through the process and basically held our hands from beginning to end.

While all this was going on, we're sure there were times that stress was knocking on Toni's door, but she never forgot to smile and make us feel at ease. Quite honestly, neither of us has ever net a person who is so focused, dedicated and determined.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we've ever had, thanks to Toni. And we feel that writing a letter on her behalf is the least we can do to show our appreciation. We've recommended Toni to numerous people, because as we know from our own personal experience, she's the absolute best of the best in her profession.

Dear Mr. Bowman,

A few years ago, my wife and I started talking about moving.  We yearned for a simpler lifestyle near our daughter and grandkids.  Our biggest concern was how much could we sell our house for and how long would it take to sell.

Toni and her sister are good friends of my wife, who knew them as they were growing up.  Toni spent time researching comparable housing sales in and around our neighborhood and consulted with us a to what we needed to do to our house to make it market ready. Toni's list was a great help and there were occasional calls to her to get answers to one thing or other.  She was always eager to help us in anyway she could and continued consulting with us on what things to do to our house and what things to leave as is.  We received an offer in less than a week.

I want to commend Toni for her professionalism and her ability to make things happen.  We traded many e-mails from start to closing.  Of particular importance was the help in establishing the asking price, her experience paid off in what was a "down market".  Toni is a top notch agent.  Very professional, friendly and eager to help her clients achieve their objectives.  I will highly recommend Toni.  She is very good.
