I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to my realtor Deborah Clinkenbeard and her daughter Veronica Triana. In 2007, I purchased a home using Deborah and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and zest! I didn't know her prior to this and was lucky enough to find her after calling her reference a house she was listing. She was more than welcome to meet me at any time and any place to show me a house! I liked this because I was a single mother at the time and had a crazy schedule. She gave me her personal cell phone number and I could contact her anytime. She would promptly respond no matter what day or time of the week it was to answer my questions.

I purchased a house and saved her number in my phone in case I needed it again. Well almost three years later, I found myself engaged and needing to buy a bigger house! My fiancé was also needing to sell his house and I suggested he use Deborah. I called her and started to leave a message when she beeped in. I click over and she said, "Hi, Amy." I was so impressed that she had saved MY number, after almost three years later! That made me realize that Deborah is far more than a realtor, she is a friend.

I searched for the perfect house, sometimes needing to see it "right then" and she was always willing to meet me. During this process, I met her daughter, Veronica Triana, who made the process so much easier. Both Deborah and Veronica were always so helpful and kind to me and my fiancé. They have definitely gone the extra mile to help me find the perfect house. The house we put an offer on turned out to appraise under and the contract fell through when the sellers refused to lower their price. I completely panicked because my house had already sold! Deborah and Veronica buckled down, started sending me a ton of new houses to look through and met me THAT day to find another house. I ended up finding the PERFECT house! It turned out to be a blessing!

Deborah and Veronica are like family to me now and it is all because they made buying and selling a house so easy. I have called them more times than my mother and not once did I feel like I was a burden. They have helped make the process so wonderful and exciting that even though I hate moving, I love buying houses with them! I'm sad that the only encounter I have with them is when I have to move! I would definitely recommend them both to anyone!

I wanted to send this email to you both so you would know what a great job they are doing. I am a police officer and I know that most of the time good work sometimes does not get noticed!
