Licensed in both Texas and Michigan, I have been in the business since 1997 and I am a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and a salesperson in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. In that time I have experienced the gamut of real estate highs and lows, but I have always stayed focused on what is most important to my clients – “Quality Service during and after the Sale”. I am proud of my ability to negotiate and overcome obstacles to bring a transaction to a successful and timely closing. In my real estate career, I have distinguished myself in two of the top brokerages in Lansing, Michigan, which over the years have been #1 in executive homes, #1 in market share and #1 in sales volume. I have been an Associate Broker in both of these agencies and a past member of the Circle of Excellence, and have served on the Board of the Women’s Council of Realtors. I am a member of the National Association, past member of the Michigan Association, and the Greater Lansing Association, and am currently a member of the MetroTex Association and the Texas Association of REALTORS;®. I am or have been certified by CARTUS Relocation, GMAC, and USAA’s MoversAdvantage® Program. In addition, I have taught classes to first time buyers in the Lansing Area.
Married with 4 grown children and 10 grandchildren, I am married to Richard, a retired hospital administrator. Having made 22 national and international moves in my adult life, I feel I am superbly qualified to empathize with you not only professionally but personally.
